Port to 1.21.1!
- Added optional ruin processor + config option (disabled by default)
- Moved all other existing config options to structure rule processors
- Removed End Remastered's End Gate from vanilla advancement
- Replaced waterlog processor with new liquid_settings option in structure json
- Now uses new Enhanced Terrain Adaptation from YUNG's API to guarantee the stronghold is buried
- Removed unused config entry in structure json
- Updated config readmes
- Updated all structure NBT files
